These fees cover various aspects of the booking process, from initial consultation and itinerary planning to actual booking, amendments, and cancellations. It's important to note that many of these fees are non-refundable, particularly the deposits and booking fees, so it's advisable to be certain of your travel plans before booking to avoid additional costs.

These fees are deducted from the final account for bookings over $5000 (excluding airfares).

Rail $10 per person per sector
Cruises: $50 per cabin
Includes unaccompanied minors, pets, dealing with external bookings, information $75
Domestic: $75.00 per person + taxes
International: $150.00 per person + taxes
Visa Processing: $50.00 per person per Consulate, plus any visa fees as required by the Consulates.
Domestic: $45.00 per person
International: $100.00 per person
These deposits are in addition to any deposit required by Tour Operators or Wholesalers and are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
Domestic ticket reissue : $55.00 per person + airline fees
International ticket reissue: $75.00 per person + airline fees
Hotel & car hire changes: $15.00 per amendment + any operator fees
Name changes: $75.00 per person + airline fees
Domestic: $55.00 per person + airline/operator fees
International: $200.00 per person + airline/operator fees
